Meet Rachel
People are at the heart of every successful business.
Hi, I’m Rachel, founder of Archwell HR Consultancy.
With over 10 years of experience in HR, I’m passionate about helping businesses create positive workplaces where people feel supported, valued and able to thrive.
I understand that managing people can be one of the most rewarding, but also challenging, parts of running a business. Whether you’re navigating a complex employee relations issue, looking to strengthen your HR foundations, or need ongoing support as your business grows, I provide practical, people-focused advice that works for you and your business.
My approach is straightforward, personable and commercially minded. I believe HR shouldn’t be complicated or overly corporate. It should give you the confidence to make the right decisions, support your people effectively and protect your business, all while creating a culture where everyone can do their best work.
Through Archwell, I offer a flexible, tailored approach to HR, acting as an extension of your business and providing the level of support you need, when you need it. From day-to-day HR advice and policies to employee relations, recruitment and people strategy, I take the time to understand your business and find solutions that genuinely make a difference.
For me, great HR is about more than policies and processes. It’s about building relationships, earning trust and helping businesses get the best from their people.
If you’re looking for an HR partner who takes the time to understand your business, I’d love to hear from you.

A little more about me...
I believe the best working relationships are built on trust, honesty and a genuine understanding of people. I bring that same approach to every client relationship, taking the time to listen, understand the challenges you're facing and find a way forward that feels right for your business.
Outside of work, I love spending time in the Hertfordshire countryside, discovering lovely places to eat and drink, and enjoying life with my husband and our two Pomeranians. I think a good balance between work and life is important, and that a little perspective can go a long way!
